Creart is a trade mark owned by Next Gen. We started in 1979 and are a privately owned, independent, Mexican company. It designs, manufactures and sells limited and unlimited edition, all high quality sculptures, in a diversity of themes.

Products

The company offers only high quality original sculptures with a common theme: life. This life theme is centered on animals and, sometimes, human figures. Our activity is to design, produce and sell decorative figurines and limited edition sculptures.

Next Gen works two kinds of production:

A) Creart named. These are sculptures on animal kingdom themes, limited editions targeted to a market niche that demands outstanding quality above price.

C) Private editions. These products are made usually in special and exclusive editions, with or without our name, for direct marketing and chain store companies. These figurines usually are focused to consumers very price sensitive.

Time

We follow a production schedule. The schedule is annual, revised each month and adjusted every week. The time needed to make a mold, casts and the first finished pieces is three weeks.

Next Gen can make a duplicate of any sample in three weeks and send it back to the customer. This way he can see the work we can do on his model and make the required changes to meet the budget.

In figurines up to 10", 25cm, in height we can have a finished sample, including the original sculpture, nine weeks after we agree on the specifications, price included. If there were only minor adjustments in the decoration process, three weeks later we could ship up to one thousand pieces.

Next Gen can joyfully share your adventure on designing and producing a new item. We know good business is selling more than 1,000 pieces in the 10" size of popular figurines, as we understand the risk involved in producing an item. Also, we know that nobody can give us any guarantee on the success, such is life.

If you are a sculptor and are looking for an editor, we could be.

Sales

We sell our production outside Mexico by means of other companies. Next Gen looks for long term relationships based on complementary efforts to reach consumers. We prefer to focus our main resources to the market battle instead of consuming them in the internal operation.

We can prepare a price list to the place you designate if you e-mail or fax us the address, freight method, import taxes and custom broker's fee.

All of our sales are insured. To cover the policies of the insurance company, we would need some financial information on your company.

Returns are not accepted after the merchandise leaves our factory.

Guarantees

Next Gen guarantees their products against any defect on materials or workmanship for one year after purchase. This guarantee consists on restoring or replacing the item, at our choice.

When breakage occurs, usually in 0.8% of the products, Next Gen needs to be notified within 10 days after reception of shipment to credit the correspondent amount or to replace the broken items, at our choice.

Our guarantee does not cover any loss of profit.
